ACT_Base：Obsidian 的 Annotation-Connection-Thought 工作流

ACT_Base 是一個最小化的 Obsidian vault，示範 Annotation → Connection → Thought（ACT）知識工作流，透過在 Obsidian 內建終端機執行 Claude Code skills 來驅動。使用者將論文生成的 Zettelkasten 原子卡片放入 vault，再執行對應 skills，把各自獨立的卡片串連成跨論文的知識網絡。

Vault 將十二個 skills 分為三層：Annotation（card-review、gear-coaching、cross-link、monitor）、Connection（gear-aggregate、framework-synthesize、query、tension-resolve）與 Thought（provenance-audit、refine、question-assess、question-challenge）。倉庫內建三篇示範論文的 annotation，並附有從設定到完成第一篇 Connection note 的教學影片。設計上可搭配 claude_lit_workflow 倉庫（負責從 PDF 生成原子卡片），以及讓 Claude Code 能在 Obsidian 內執行的 lean-obsidian-terminal 社群外掛使用。
